Data Protection
We sometimes need to request and store data from you. This is usually when you are planning to make a booking or you want to participate in an event held at the Reading Room. This will normally be in digital form and will be kept on a password-protected computer. If this is for a single event, the data will be deleted as soon as possible after the event, including any hard-copy booking forms. If you wish to rebook in the future, we will therefore need to request the data again. The data will normally be for the purposes of communication and payment only, such as name, address, telephone number, email.
